I wound up with a "pounding headache" and was reaching for the Advil when I was stopped and asked to try the Yantra Mat it was rolled up and put under my head and neck like a pillow. At first I thought it was just uncomfortable and was sceptical of it working. I got up and started to complain that it wasn't comfy and found that my headache was gone in less than 5 min! That alone made me buy it!!!

My boyfriend has a bad sciatic nerve (but not anymore!). He said that up til now nothing has worked except for the Yantra Mat. Where has this mat been my whole life!

I bought the Yantra Mat due to a lot of neck and back pain. Later the same day my husband asked me to come for a bike ride. I had to say no cause my shoulder hurt too much. So I layed down on the mat and then 6 minutes later my pain had subsided. I did end up going for a bike ride!
